cabinets which can be used as a china display over lower cabinets whose solid-surface
serves as a buffet, with drawers for silver.

Table Linens Storage
This pull-out drawer is actually
a wrinkle-free solution to storing tablecloths.
Painted dowels provide ample storage for all
table linens. Just drape them over the dowels
straight out of the dryer.
Shallow pull-out drawers above serve as
storage forserving pieces or other items.
Cherry-Stained Hood
This beautiful hood is cherry-stained maple.
Large carved corbels brace the hood
while smaller corbels support the mantle above.
Great design, fine workmanship and attention

Painted Bath Vanity
Our paint-grade vanities are constructed of
wood or high-quality MDF material.
We use quality drawer slides, hinges
and other hardware. This particular vanity
is painted white, finished with popular,
oil-rubbed bronze knobs.

A section of upper cabinets with glass doors
can make a dramatic statement.
Inside, glass shelves allow light to play
on displayed items. Add some concealed lighting

Our goal is to maintain premier standards in design concept, building materials, workmanship and installation. Working closely with each client in a personal and friendly atmosphere, we strive diligently to meet their needs and desires while, at the same time, maintaining the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.

The Praters

Seeing a growing need in the local homebuilding industry for cabinet builders,

Chuck established Prater-Built in Cabot, Arkansas, in July of 1995 following a career in the U.S. Air Force. Since that time the company has grown each year of its existence. With a long time passion for woodworking and skills taught to him by master craftsmen of a by-gone era, Chuck combined special customer service training and experiences, hard work and determination to make Prater-Built what it is today.

Teamwork

Since day one, Darlene has continued to provide administrative oversight to the growing company. Without her skills in handling the tedious and sometimes endless paperwork, Prater-Built would suffer greatly. She methodically ensures that employees' needs and well-being are maintained. In addition, she professionally deals with vendors and never hesitates to hunt down a special doorknob if needed to meet customer needs.
